Shipping Policy & FQA

Shipping- Please allow 7-14 business days for us to receive, pack and ship your order;   Shipping price is varies by weight and preferred shipping Orders will be shipped via USPS once received and packed.

If customer needs to return product, customer is responsible for return shipping charge. We are NOT responsible for lost packages.

If your product(s) are damaged upon arrival, please alert us within 1-2 days after you receive your merchandise by emailing

We will be happy to accept the return if damage is clearly visible. Every item is subject to manager’s discretion and is not guaranteed refund.- we will then ship a replacement item or refund item at manager’s discretion. 


*Customer will have 10 days from date order is received/purchased to return item for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do NOT refund. 

*Store credit EXPIRES 1 YEAR from issue date.

*If it is not received within 10 days- return will NOT be accepted.

*All original tags must still be on item(s) to be accepted.

*All items must be unwashed and unworn.

*There must be no deodorant, make-up stains or perfume or item will not be accepted.

*We will only accept returns if the item(s) are in resalable condition- meaning we can put them them back on our site.  

*If return is denied, customer will be responsible for return shipping back to the customer.  

*Shoes must be returned in original box and must be placed inside an addition shipping box. If the shoes *or the box* is not return in its original state- it will NOT be accepted.

*We recommend only trying on the shoes on a carpeted area for a short amount of time- if the soles are scuffed in anyway- return will be denied.

Shipping FAQ

 Shipping costs a flat rate of $7.95 2-day priority shipping USPS    Orders will be processed  within 7-14 business days. We will send a confirmation email letting you know we received the order. We will then send the shipping information when items are shipped.   We will always ship via USPS.  We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. What do I do if my package is lost? We will always provide you with your tracking number. If you feel like your package is lost- please go to your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
